Wstęp
Pojawienie się ciała obcego w ludzkim ciele jest dosyć powszechnym problemem w codziennej praktyce. Zazwyczaj dotyczy on dzieci, które połykają drobne przedmioty. Zdarzają się również przypadki pozostawienia ciał obcych w trakcie leczenia (jatrogenne). Jatrogenne ciała obce mogą być przyczyną różnych objawów: od bólu po sepsę, choć zdarza się również, że są asymptomatyczne.

Introduction
The appearance of a foreign body in the human body is quite a common problem in daily practice. Usually it concerns children who swallow small objects. There are also cases of leaving foreign objects during treatment (iatrogenic). Iatrogenic foreign bodies can cause a variety of symptoms: pain after sepsis, although it also happens that they are asymptomatic.
Case Report
The authors present a case of a patient who had been treated surgically (Steinman wires) fracture proximal epiphysis of the humerus right. There was migration Steinman wire to the right pleural cavity. The wire was removed, but because of iatrogenic pneumothorax right-hand patient was established drainage chest. The drain was removed in 5 era.
