However, life is not a bed of roses—an excess of paperwork and a serious therapeutic failure throw his psyche into turmoil. The doctor’s personal life has a mysterious hidden side. His current partner is a young, pretty, slim woman who, however—just like the viewer—knows nothing about the protagonist’s past. Piotr’s son Kamil (Żurek), whom he hasn’t seen in years, shows up at the emergency room. The father tries to reconnect with his son. In the process, dark truths come to light, casting a shadow over current events. A film about how a doctor is also human and can also hit rock bottom...
