44 yo woman with multiple non-specific symptoms comes to the emergency department

44 year old woman coming to the emergency service due to 3 weeks-lasting slowness, paleness, weakness, dizziness, diminution of visual accuracy, diaphoresis and headache. Worsening of the symptoms in the last 48 hours led her to our hospital.
