Small newborn with big head perimeter.

A 27 year old immigrant woman gave birth to her first child after 36 weeks of pregnancy by means of cesarean section. The infant weighed below 10th percentile and the Apgar score was 4 at 1 minute after birth. The occipito-frontal circumference (OFC) of the child is 37cm [above the 90th percentile]. Ultrasound examination confirmed bilateral ventriculomegaly.
