Stomach pain again!

A 13-year-old male patient presented to the Emergency Department (ED) accompanied by his mother, with a chief complaint of abdominal pain. According to the mother, the patient has been complaining of worsening symptoms for the past 2 hours and specifically requested medical evaluation, which she notes is atypical behavior for him. The patient has no significant past medical history and denies any recent trauma.
