Gallbladder injuries occur in only 2.1-3.5% of patients undergoing laparotomy for injuries to the abdominal cavity and are almost always accompanied by injuries to other abdominal organs. Isolated injuries to the gallbladder are extremely rare.

Case report of desmoplastic fibroblastoma in a young man

Fibroblastoma desmoplasticum (collagenous fibroma) is a rare benign soft tissue tumor. So far about 120 cases have been described in the literature. The most common location is the subcutaneous tissue of the extremities and neck. It occurs most often in men, in the fifth and sixth decades of life. It is usually well-demarcated, elastic, slow-growing, non-painful tumor. The treatment of choice is simple surgical removal. Recurrences have not been observed.

Acromegaly is characterized by skeletal abnormalities and organ proliferation due to hypersecretion of growth hormone (GH). It occurs with a frequency of 40-70/million. The preferred method of treatment is adenomectomy transsphenoidal.

Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome (RTS) is a rare genetic disorder, occurring mostly sporadically and determined by mutations in the CREBBP gene. The predominant symptoms of RTS include the characteristic features of dysmorphic features of the skull, dysmorphia of the fingers and toes, especially the thumbs and toes, intellectual disability intellectual disability, and systemic disorders.
